Preamble and professional identification

This website, gabrieldulcu.com, is administered by Gabriel Dulcu, in his capacity as:

  • Psychotherapist in integrative psychotherapy, EMDR practitioner (Level 2 training), clinical hypnotherapist accredited in the United Kingdom, member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), and Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS).
  • Clinical Psychologist (valid in Romania only), registered with the College of Psychologists of Romania (CPR), registration number 29190.

1. Nature of services

The services offered consist of psychological counselling, coaching, and psychotherapy, including specialist techniques such as EMDR and clinical hypnotherapy. The information presented on this website is for educational purposes only and does not replace individual clinical assessment.

2. Confidentiality and ethics

All information shared within sessions is strictly confidential, except in circumstances required by law — specifically where there is an imminent risk of harm to the client or to others. Professional practice is governed by applicable ethical codes, including those of the British Psychological Society and the General Hypnotherapy Register.

3. Appointments and cancellation policy

Appointments are arranged via the contact form, email, or telephone. Out of respect for the therapeutic process and the time allocated, any cancellation or rescheduling must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. In the absence of such notice, the session will be considered as having taken place and will be invoiced in full.

4. Fees and payment

Fees for counselling, psychotherapy, and coaching services are communicated transparently before the commencement of any work. Payment is made by bank transfer or other agreed methods, within the terms established by mutual agreement.

5. Limitation of liability

The use of information provided on this website is at the visitor’s own discretion. Gabriel Dulcu cannot be held liable for decisions made by users outside the framework of direct clinical supervision.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom, as the country of residence and practice of the service provider. Any dispute will in the first instance be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
