  • Could EMDR be a solution for ADHD?

While EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is primarily known for treating trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), researchers are increasingly exploring its potential in addressing ADHD. Although its application in this area is still emerging, there are a few interesting points to consider:

🔹 Emotional regulation: Many people with ADHD struggle with managing emotions, such as frustration, anger, or sadness. By focusing on emotional processing and reducing emotional reactivity, EMDR could offer significant support in managing these states. Read more here: https://www.instagram.com/emdrtherapy_online/
